The Melbourne Coordinator is a generalist role that helps bring together and streamline various aspects of GoGet Melbourne's business operations. This role primarily requires a close liaison with the locations, fleet operations and marketing teams at GoGet to ensure that processes are optimised and that key initiatives and tasks for the Melbourne market are completed.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Scouting of potential new locations and drafting applications
  • Monitoring and reviewing timeline of new bays. 
  • Ensuring new locations are ready for vehicle delivery
  • Liaising with private commercial parking providers 
  • Coordinating with Council contacts and officers where required
  • Meeting with General Manager and locations team to discuss and plan new locations
  • Assisting with the optimisation and distribution of existing fleet and locations networks
  • Accommodating requests for vehicle/pod relocations
  • Coordinating the issuing and reissuing of parking passes and maintaining records
  • Liaising with Sydney Fleet Ops to plan and coordinate car moves
  • Assisting the GM with Sales and Marketing activities such as:
  • Prospecting new development opportunities and maintaining database of these prospects
  • Initiating conversations with developers and outlining service options
  • Assisting General Manager with administration of corporate and retail sales
  • Administrative Corporate account management
  • Pursuing relationships with identified GoGet partners
  • Coordinating events and GoGet participation if required

 

Experience:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic all-rounder who is comfortable taking initiatives in a sometimes ambiguous environment. This individual is constantly looking for ways to improve processes and actively seeking opportunities to improve our service and the member experience.

The candidate will need to have :

  • High attention to detail
  • Strong time management or organisational skills
  • Logical problem solving skills
  • Experience in planning, business or a related field will be highly regarded.
  • Genuine interest in customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of the carshare industry or a willingness to learn quickly is a must.
  • Valid Australian Licence
