We are looking for a star to join our Marketing team as a Digital Copywriter. We’re after a multi-talented and flexible individual, who can contribute to the team with fresh new ideas and enthusiasm - strong writing skills a must. In line with business priorities and objectives, the Digital Copywriter will manage the delivery of marketing content strategies and plans across all digital channels. This is a fast-paced, busy and supportive environment where you will gain experience across all elements of the marketing mix. You should be a self-starter and be able to work using own initiative and with minimal direction.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver innovative and impactful creative marketing initiatives, aligned to the GoGet’s brand guidelines
  • Compile and produce the monthly company newsletter
  • Produce relevant and compelling content for EDM campaigns
  • Lead the production of content including SEO content, landing pages, blogs, editorial website content, EDMs and assisting with internal and external communications
  • Ensure all content is optimised for search engines as well as using keyword research to inform content strategies
  • Ensure brand messages are consistent
  • Develop and leverage an in-depth understanding of our service, our customer value proposition, customer segments (and their needs) and emerging customers
  • Drive insight through management of social media reporting & website’s analytics
  • Liaise with various agencies and freelancers to create marketing material
  • Be a passionate “voice of the customer” advocating for their needs with other departments
  • Direct and conduct other marketing efforts and campaigns

What you will need to succeed:

  • 1+ years’ experience in writing content within a marketing or media setting. Prior experience with brand-focused content marketing teams is a plus 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business or related industry
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective planning, organization and time management skills
  • Be analytically focussed
  • Experience in Google Analytics and CMS platforms (wordpress experience will be beneficial)
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • The ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.
