Member Services Representative

Our Member Services Team are the front line when it comes to customer service at GoGet. A strong team of Member Services Representatives are offering support to our members 7 days a week, 365 days a year via phone, email and online chat. In addition to this, the role consists of administrative tasks that are designed to prevent members from experiencing issues when they arrive at the vehicle they have booked.

The team currently has both full and part time hours available. 

Member Service Representatives are responsible for:

Providing our members with a professional service in a clear, accurate, and timely manner
Solving problems quickly and under pressure
Explaining our carshare service to potential new members
Responding to multiple email enquiries from existing and potential customers in a professional manner
Responding to complaints, resolving customer issues and finding solutions to customer problems in a timely manner
Ensuring all paperwork is completed and information is entered and stored appropriately on our systems
Making decisions in relation to what action to take regarding customer requests, issues or complaints
Any reasonable requests from a manager that are not listed here

Essential skills to do the job are:

At least 1 years experience in a similar role
Basic office suite skills (word, excel and email)
Excellent telephone communication skills
Strong organisation skills
Proactive problem solver with the ability to recognise and solve issues before they happen
Proven multi-tasking skills
